Shipping, Lead Times, Payment, and Returns

Please allow 8–10 weeks from the time of your order for items to be built. Shipping time and cost will be determined based on the item’s size, weight, and destination. An estimated shipping cost can be provided once the delivery address is confirmed. We work with trusted custom shipping partners to ensure safe delivery.

We accept wire transfers, ACH payments, and credit cards. Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, 3.2% + $0.30 for American Express). All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

Local New York City (5 boroughs) pickup is available.

International shipping is subject to location—rates will vary accordingly.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected..
